Apprenticeships at VP Bank

Your launch pad to a banking apprenticeship

With an apprenticeship at VP Bank, we allow apprentices to complete a varied and professional training programme. We offer a commercial apprenticeship in banking as well as an IT apprenticeship.

We currently have no apprenticeship vacancies.

What we offer

  • Training from specialists
  • Attractive career prospects following the apprenticeship
  • Team-building camp
  • Financial support for school-related expenses
  • Discounts
  • Language stays abroad

Your application process

Your application process at VP Bank begins with a trial apprenticeship, which allows you to get to know us for the first time. Apprenticeships are then advertised and you can apply for our apprenticeships from this point onwards. If you have any questions, we organise information evenings for parents every year, where you can have an initial exchange with the vocational trainers. After your application, we will invite you to a personal interview where applicants can present their motivation for the apprenticeship positions. Successful candidates receive an acceptance letter in November, followed by the signing of the apprenticeship contract, which we celebrate at an event and marks the start of your varied apprenticeship.
