Availability
In the event of a failure of the VP Bank API, the contingency mechanism pursuant to Article 33 (4) DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/389 shall come into effect. In the event of an unforeseen unavailability or system failure of the XS2A interface pursuant to Article 33 (1) DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/389 the use of the online banking access provided for VP Bank clients at the URL https://www.vpbank.com/ebanking shall be permitted.
Identification purposes
For identification purposes, the respective certificate which the third party provider also uses when querying the XS2A interface must be sent with each request. We refer to the general conditions set out in Article 33 (5) DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/389.
The information requested in Article 33 (5) DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/389 must be sent to VP Bank by using the e-mail address ebanking@vpbank.com
